Internal UMCET Support Services

UMCET Support Services Teams provide internal services for our CORE Services Teams to support daily operations, projects, and customer needs. Our customers may be aware of the Help Desk, Security (for application access requests), Training, and Health Management Engineering, but may not realize the behind-the scenes efforts of the other support teams. The Core and Support Teams’ integrated work efforts enable seamless delivery of services for project or production activities to ensure efficient operations for all customers.
