Services |
| |
- Evaluate what tools, techniques, methods, and processes will make people perform efficiently.
- Analyze, modify, and recommend new working methods and standards that will make “the whole system” - people, process, and technology - be integrated, stay connected and perform at an optimal level.
- Work with the user in determining current state performance and workflow aiming to improve and modify current state for future systems integration.
- Support the hospital and clinical departments by performing overall analysis that aim to optimize their operations by using facilities layout redesign, time and motion studies, six sigma strategies, statistical analysis, and ergonomics studies as related to UMCET projects.
- HME resources to assist with process and workflow re-engineering when available via a charge back arrangement approved by UMCET Executive Director.
