The UM Data Warehouse aggregates data across the enterprise, business, clinical and research areas. The data can be manipulated by data management tools, for drill through and drill down for transactional and business analysis. Discovery of patient-care data trends is a key objective.

• Deliver mini databases to Departments and Divisions that are extracted from the data warehouse. The mini databases provide transactional data and the ability to conduct business analysis thus providing the staff with a self-sufficient means in which they can analyze the information related to their work.
