- Engage in the research and development of our internally developed solutions if UM departments can not find the features or functionality in turnkey software
- Tailor solutions to meet UM’s mission and vision

- Evaluation of change requests and assessing requirements
- Evaluating potential solutions for those requests
- Assisting customers with selecting clinical or business applications
- Customizing current packaged systems to meet the changing requirements of our users and to create a “best fit” solution for UM’s needs
- Developing in-house custom applications when customization of an existing application is not feasible or packaged systems are not currently available.
